Local parking company is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Operations and Maintenance team on Third Shift . This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, clean, and compliant operation of our parking facilities overnight. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working independently, and possess basic maintenance and enforcement knowledge.
Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and light maintenance (lighting, signage, trash removal, sweeping, etc.)
Report and address minor facility issues (leaks, graffiti, mechanical problems)
Ensure cleanliness and safety of parking areas, stairwells, and elevators
Operations:
Monitor and support automated parking equipment (ticket machines, gates, etc.)
Respond to system alerts or customer service calls
Maintain accurate overnight activity logs
Enforcement:
Conduct patrols of surface lots and garages for compliance with posted rules
Issue parking violations or tow notices as required
Coordinate with local law enforcement or contracted tow services when necessary
Job Requirements:
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test and a motor vehicle records check.
