We are seeking experienced Journeyman Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere!
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Chrysler Certified Tech Team Lead to join our team at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service and repairs, and upholding the reputation of our dealership. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number. Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman is located in Norman, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Chrysler Certified Technicians
- Oversee the diagnostic and repair processes
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Chrysler certification is required
- Prior experience in a leadership role in an automotive service setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license

- Must be a level 23 Master Certified Technician
