Pay: $12 - $15+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality cleaning in homes, offices, and vehicles
- Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company
- Lift up to 20 lbs, stoop, bend, and work on a step stool as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable work history (or motivation to succeed if this is your first job)
Preferred Qualifications (Higher Pay Potential!):
- Education beyond high school (GPA of 3.5+ is a plus)
- Consistent employment history with long-term roles
- Experience in:
- House cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Auto detailing
- Steam cleaning carpets & upholstery
- Strip/seal floor care
- Managing a cleaning team
- Excellent driving record, chauffeur’s license, or ability to drive a stick shift
