Responsibilities
- Project document and cost reviews
- Construction site inspections and preparation of monthly reports (Includes 15-20% of routine, out-of-town travel)
- Insurable value reporting
- Cost consulting
Qualifications
- College degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other relevant accreditations
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and quantitative skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
