Construction Helper to join their skilled team. Hours & Pay - Pay: $16+ per hour, depending on experience
- Shift: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do - Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labor tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Support carpenters, concrete workers, and other skilled trades
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment as trained
- Set up and take down scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform other tasks as assigned to help projects stay on schedule
What We're Looking For - Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow directions and learn on the job
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations
