Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field is required. (advanced degree or MBA preferred)
CPA certification is nice to have.
Understanding/ knowledge of government contracts is nice to have.
Possess expert knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing finance.
Strong organizational skills, to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment.
Ability to support HR functions and collaborate effectively within a growing company.
Experienced in implementing and managing business systems with responsibilities spanning accounting, ERP, general ledger, financial reporting, cost accounting, payroll, AP/AR, cash management, forecasting, insurance oversight, and compliance.
