What: Account Coordinator/ Data Analyst

Where: Hybrid in NY or NJ

Term: 6+ months

Pay: $40/hr

Description:

Our client is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage data clean-up, reporting, and analytics using Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel . The ideal candidate will have strong experience with pivot tables, data analytics, and data clean-up to support business processes and enhance data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data updates and clean-up across Salesforce to support business needs (e.g., territory reassignments, product and contact edits, fundraises).
  • Utilize Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and analytics) to perform data analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support reporting requirements.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding in Salesforce, including license management, security reviews, and profile updates.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues; collaborate with technology and user teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Support daily operations of InvestorFlow, including document uploads, data validation, and correspondence.
  • Integrate third-party data sources into Salesforce and InvestorFlow platforms to improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee lifecycle management for diligence and investor reporting rooms.
  • Manage investor communications, ensuring data accuracy across platforms and resolving issues related to undeliverable emails.

Data & Analytics:

  • Deliver scalable reporting and analytics using Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct audits and proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across platforms.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2-8 years of experience in a data-focused or coordinator role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel (with emphasis on pivot tables, data analytics, and data clean-up ).
  • Experience with tools such as InvestorFlow, Anduin, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude with strong accountability and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the investment management industry .
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
