We are hiring a Feed Delivery Driver to safely load, haul, and deliver bulk feed from our Brownstown feed mill to company swine barns and partner facilities. The Feed Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate feed delivery while following all DOT, safety, and feed-handling regulations. This is a local driving position with steady year-round work.
What You’ll DoLoad, transport, and unload bulk feed according to delivery instructions
Verify load accuracy and communicate with the mill operator on each assignment
Keep assigned truck and equipment clean, maintained, and in good working condition
Maintain delivery logs, paperwork, and compliance documentation
Follow all company safety procedures, DOT/FMCSR rules, and FSMA requirements
Assist with general duties around the mill or load-out area as needed
Respond to urgent delivery or service needs when required
Communicate daily with supervisor regarding schedules, routes, and updates
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining safety
Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Basic knowledge of commercial truck maintenance
Ability to communicate clearly with mill staff and farm personnel
Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as part of daily work
Must meet all DOT requirements and pass pre-employment screenings
