Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 8+ years in graphic and web design.
• Strong preference for familiarity with Duda and SharePoint.
• Experience with Change Management and collaboration tools (Box, Slack).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Plusses:

• WordPress experience.
• Previous experience working within the retail/design industry.

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our website transformation. Reporting to the Director of Change Management and the Finance Communications Lead, this role will enhance our online experience for Global Finance teammates and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic and web design, particularly with Duda and SharePoint. They should be adept at collaborating with change management to ensure a seamless user experience and be able to build on existing strategies and content.
