Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Stockton, CA
We’re seeking a strategic HR generalist to join a dynamic company in the retail or consumer services industry as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Stockton, CA. This onsite role will serve as the main point of contact for HR matters at the Stockton site, partnering with the corporate HR team on initiatives, and managing one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership, focusing on risk mitigation and operational goals.
- Analyze workforce trends (e.g., turnover, retention) and lead initiatives to boost engagement and morale.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance with federal/state laws.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for the Stockton site.
- Partner with the corporate HR team on broader initiatives and succession planning.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Knowledge of HR disciplines (e.g., compensation, performance management, employment laws).
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (or equivalent knowledge).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000–$110,000
- Bonus: 10–15%
