Job Title: Java Developer (W2 Only)

Location: New Castle, DE (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12-24 months

*Min experience - 10 years required

*No C2C - Looking for candidate who can work independently without sponsorship

We’re seeking a Java Developer with 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and cloud-native development using OpenShift and AWS . You'll be responsible for designing and developing APIs/Services, leading solution design across global teams, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop APIs/services using Spring Boot, Apache Camel, AWS, OpenShift, and API Gateway (e.g., Apigee)
• Drive solution architecture and lead design sessions across regions
• Ensure robust integration, scalability, and availability of systems
• Develop POCs and reusable development templates
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps automation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Camel, OpenShift, AWS, Kubernetes
• Familiar with API formats (JSON, XML, YAML), XSD/XSLT/XPATH
• Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka, JMS, IBM MQ
• Financial domain experience is a plus
