Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience in creating Groups, Shared mailbox, Room Mailbox.
Mail routing technologies & mail properties
Transport Rule Creation and analysis of mail flow, Connector configuration for internal and External mail routing.
Mailbox Restore, Mailbox features (Retention Policy, Archiving Policy etc..)
Threat Policies such as Anti-spam, Anti phishing, Anti-malware, Safe attachment & safe links.
Analyzing the mail using message header properties.
SharePoint sites, Creation of SharePoint sites.
Guest user sharing and type of access available in the site.
User profile management for the SharePoint/OneDrive.
Experience in troubleshooting the access related issues to SharePoint/OneDrive folders/files shared internally or externally.
MS Teams call quality troubleshooting
MS Teams channels, configuring meeting policy, channel policy.
Knowledge of PowerShell commands in Exchange online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams
Azure Active Directory required troubleshooting Sign in log s, Audit logs.
Troubleshooting other Microsoft applications Forms, Planner, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Azure resources for Azure Automation resource for deploying scripts.
Knowledge on Azure service principles and permissions.
