Personal Assistant to High-Profile Model/Talent

Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Person)

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (DOE)

About the Role:

A high-profile model and talent is seeking a  dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide full-time support in both professional and personal matters. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule & Logistics Management

  • Oversee and execute Talent’s daily schedule, including professional and personal commitments.
  • Coordinate with managers, agents, publicists, lawyers, and other team members to align activities.
  • Track and manage call times for shoots, performances, rehearsals, appearances, and endorsements.
  • Ensure all logistical needs (styling, hair/makeup, wardrobe, transportation) are met for events and productions.

Travel & Wardrobe Coordination

  • Arrange all travel, including flights, accommodations, and on-site logistics.
  • Pack and manage wardrobe for travel, ensuring all necessary outfits, accessories, and essentials are prepared.
  • Liaise with stylists, designers, and PR teams to secure and return clothing for events.

On-Site & Personal Assistance

  • Accompany Talent to shoots, fittings, and appearances, ensuring smooth execution of all engagements.
  • Manage and oversee household needs, including groceries, maintenance, and personal errands.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with packing, moving, and coordinating personal and family visits.
  • Handle personal property maintenance, including electronics and household items.
  • Supervise pet care and related needs.

Administrative & Communication Support

  • Roll calls, manage correspondence, and track incoming/outgoing submissions.
  • Take detailed notes on creative calls and project updates.
  • Process expense reports and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Onboard and manage additional support staff as needed.

Requirements:

Skills:

  • Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of the fashion and entertainment industries is a plus.

Availability:

  • Must be available  six days a week , with at least five days  on-site at Talent’s home or designated location.
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
  • Paid time off when Talent does not require assistance.
