RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform and monitor production and project planning ensuring activities are within set timelines.
Issue work orders to production.
Monitor status of productions.
Prepare timelines, reports, presentations.
Daily communication and collaboration with other staff members in the company.
Report to the Operations Director with any delays, issues and resolutions.

QUALIFICATION:

Must have 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain with project and/or product planning experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret manufacturing procedures, specifications, BOMs (bill of materials), spreadsheets and reports.
Proficient in MS Office and good skills in Excel.
Ability to carry on small projects.
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with the flexibility to conform shifting priorities.
Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve business common goals.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Required bilingual in English and Spanish speaker.
