Job Description
We are a Traffic Signal Company is looking for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administration of multiple traffic signal, lighting, and ITS jobs.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Coordination of equipment
- Coordination of material
- Project as-builts
- Creating baseline and weekly schedules in Excel, Project and Primavera
- Monthly billing and quantity tracking
- Project profitability projections and cost to complete for WIP
- 50% field, 50% office
Qualifications - Essential:
- 2+ years of horizontal construction experience related to traffic signals/lighting or ITS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outside for up to 10 hours per day without out climate control
- Must be accountable
- No higher education required
- Driver's license required
Qualifications - Desirable:
- 5+ years of horizontal construction experience related to traffic signals/lighting or ITS
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outside for up to 12 hours per day without out climate control
- Must be accountable
- Degree in construction management or engineering
- EIT or PE license
