Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Construction Management to oversee a large-scale Audio-Visual (AV) project . This initiative involves replacing and upgrading the projector system in a high-visibility All-Hands space . The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between IT Operations , Facilities , Engineering Team and Construction Contractors , ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the AV upgrade project.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, facilities management, and external construction/AV contractors.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, reporting, and escalation.
- Conduct site inspections 2–3 days per week to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal operational standards.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on construction and/or AV system deployments.
- Proven experience managing AV infrastructure projects, preferably in corporate or public spaces.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, vendor coordination, and facility operations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to be on-site 2–3 days per week.
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with AV systems (projectors, cabling, control systems) is a strong plus.
