Project Manager – Commercial Construction | San Antonio

A well-established Commercial General Contractor in the San Antonio area is seeking to add a Project Manager to their growing team.

Ideal candidate profile:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor ( K-12 experience is a plus)
Experience managing projects valued at $30M or more
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with all safety programs and standards
Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and approval processes
Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure contract compliance and schedule adherence
Manage project budgets, change orders, cost controls, and value engineering
Lead all meetings, walkthroughs, and project documentation
Supervise and support project team staff including training, development, and performance management
Maintain regular presence on project sites
