LHH is partnering with an established corporate firm headquartered in Chicago in its search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate .
The Opportunity
- Sophisticated, diverse practice , including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and construction
- Open, collegial firm culture ; focus on associate development
- Hybrid office arrangement (3 days in office)
- 1800 minimum billable requirement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of CRE experience in a midsized or large law firm setting
- Ability to manage all aspects of a transaction with minimal supervision
- Hands-on acquisitions, disposition, leasing, and RE finance experience
- Interest in client interaction and relationship-building
