About the Role
We are hiring for the Applied Scientist positions at all levels (Junior, Mid-Senior, Senior, and Principal). For this role we are seeking someone to focus on the end-to-end design of Gen AI and LLM solutions that enhance our cybersecurity capabilities. We want somebody to lead the full lifecycle of machine learning model development—from initial research, experimentation and testing to deployment into production.
What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models to solve critical cybersecurity challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts.
- Work with cutting-edge tools and frameworks, including:
- Retrieval Tools & Vector Databases: LangChain, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB
- Fine-Tuning Techniques & Tools: LoRA, QLoRA, DeepSpeed-Chat / TRL, OpenAI Fine-Tuning API, MosaicML Platform
- Prompt Engineering Tools: LangChain Prompts, OpenAI Functions, Guidance, PromptPerfect, PromptLayer
- Multi-Modal Models & Systems: GPT-4 Vision, DALL·E 3, Stable Diffusion, Whisper, CLIP
- LLM Agent Frameworks: LangChain Agents, AutoGPT, Microsoft AutoGen, HuggingGPT, CrewAI
- Optimization Techniques & Tools: Quantization (GPTQ, bitsandbytes), FlashAttention, Distillation, DeepSpeed-Inference / FasterTransformer, SparseGPT
- Evaluation & Monitoring Tools: OpenAI Evals, Stanford HELM, LM Evaluation Harness, Galileo AI / TruLens, LangSmith / Helicone
- Emergent Architectures: Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), Memory-augmented Transformers (RETRO), Retentive Networks (RetNet)
- LLMOps Tools & Platforms: Azure OpenAI / Vertex AI, Hugging Face Endpoints, Kubernetes (KServe), Ray Serve / Anyscale, Arize AI / Fiddler / Galileo
