Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions , with a focus on CMDB and Discovery .
Configure and customize the CMDB to ensure accurate mapping of IT assets and relationships.
Set up and manage ServiceNow Discovery to automate asset identification and population into the CMDB.
Build and enhance Platform Analytics dashboards and reports for better visibility and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver ServiceNow enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
Maintain system integrity and ensure best practices are followed for upgrades, patches, and deployments.
Create and maintain documentation for all development and configuration work.

Mandatory Skills:

ServiceNow CMDB deep understanding of data models, relationships, and asset lifecycle.
ServiceNow Discovery Solutions experience configuring MID servers, credentials, and probes.
Strong experience with JavaScript , REST/SOAP APIs , Workflows , Business Rules , and Client Scripts within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

Local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate for onsite requirements.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) or HRSD is a plus.
Experience working in banking or highly regulated environments is a bonus.
