How You’ll Impact
NAYA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will lead and support recruitment efforts for restaurant-level roles, while also helping to coordinate hiring for corporate-level positions. This individual will partner closely with restaurant managers and operational leaders to build high-performing teams across all locations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensure consistent and inclusive hiring practices, and help elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with restaurant leaders to proactively address staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly team members and restaurant leadership roles
- Source, screen, interview, and hire talent using HRIS platforms including Harri, job boards, social media, and community outreach
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple locations
- Coordinate recruitment logistics for corporate roles, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
- Support department leaders in hiring decisions and candidate communications.
- Support a smooth and engaging transition from candidate to new hire by coordinating onboarding processes and documentation
- Support orientation sessions to ensure new hires understand NAYA’s mission, culture, and operational standards.
- Partner with HR and Training teams to continuously improve onboarding experiences and early employee engagement.
- Train and support restaurant managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and bias mitigation.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and compliant hiring records; support reporting and analysis of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention, turnover trends).
Who You Are
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-growth, restaurant, or hospitality hiring.
- Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems; prior use of Harri strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, locations, and priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels of the organization.
