Join Our Team as an Assistant Teacher!

As an Assistant Teacher , you will:

• Prepare toddlers for preschool and beyond.
• Inspire through creative arts and music programs.
• Celebrate milestones like potty training, communication, and emotional expression.
• Implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Build relationships with parents through daily interactions and communication.
• Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy, as well as governmental guidelines for children’s care, health, and safety.
• Coach and mentor assistant teachers to foster a strong classroom teaching team.
• Support a collaborative work environment by learning, collaborating, and building relationships with coworkers.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of prior childcare experience
• Associates Degree or CDA preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
